1. Purpose of Seva

All Seva at Sahib’s Gurudwara is performed voluntarily, selflessly, and without expectation of reward, in the spirit of Sarbat da Bhala.

2. Personal Information

Any personal information shared for Seva coordination (name, contact number, preferred Seva type) is used only for Gurudwara-related communication.

We do not sell, share, or misuse personal data with any third party.

3. Respect & Discipline

All Sevadars must maintain Maryada (discipline) inside Gurudwara premises. Proper head covering, modest dress, and respectful behavior are mandatory. Mobile phones should be kept on silent.

4. Seva Allocation

Seva duties (Jhadu, floor cleaning, Langar, etc.) may be assigned based on availability and Gurudwara requirements. The Gurudwara committee reserves the right to change or reschedule Seva when necessary.

5. Health & Safety

Sevadars are requested to inform volunteers if they have any health concerns. Gurudwara is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

6. Photography & Media

Photography or videography during Seva is not encouraged unless permitted by Gurudwara management. Any media captured may be used for Gurudwara records or awareness purposes only.

7. Cancellation or Non-Attendance

If unable to attend assigned Seva, Sevadars should inform Gurudwara volunteers in advance. Repeated non-attendance without notice may affect future Seva allocation.

8. Policy Acceptance

By registering or participating in Seva, you agree to follow all Gurudwara rules, traditions, and this Privacy & Policy.
